Private (not open to the general public) -- To be held outside of the U.S. (Minimum budget to pay the artist: US$40,000 plus expenses.) This includes Canada and Mexico.
This form is for private events/functions that will occur outside of the United States. This means a corporate/company function, trade show, private party, school function or similar when the artist's performance is NOT going to be open to the general public.
The talent budget for the main act must be US$40,000 or greater – with an additional budget for expenses, such as production, travel and lodging. The fees for many internationally known acts are significantly higher than this minimum. If your talent budget is less than this minimum, please do not use this form.

Attention: This is NOT a firm offer form – it is only a basic information submission form. Eventually, you will be invited to submit a firm offer to purchase artists' services. (We will provide the proper form for you at that time.) We do not offer artists' services at a fixed price. Buyers are invited to submit offers to purchase the services of the artist. We do not submit offers to you – you will be submitting offers to us. After submitting a firm offer, international buyers may be required to send a 10% binder before artist management considers your offer. The buyer is required to make a commitment before the artist makes a commitment. If your offer is declined, the binder will be returned to you. If you are a buyer who requires that the artist commit to a date before you send a binder, we ask that you do not use this form and do not attempt to use our services. Thank you.

A MINIMUM budget level of US$40,000 MUST be met or exceeded.
Note: This does NOT suggest that you can get a big name artist for as little as US$40,000. Fees for a personal appearance by a major name can be as high as US$200,000 to US$500,000 or more.
