Complete and submit the below information-request form if all of the following are true --
   1. Your event will take place in the United States (or Puerto Rico),
   2. The artist's performance will be advertised (and open) to the general public,
   3. You have $25,000 or more to pay an artist, with a separate budget for artist's expenses,
   4. You can provide a telephone number where you can be reached during normal business hours,
   5. You can provide a valid e-mail address that you check regularly, and
   6. This is NOT a request regarding a theatrical production, film, talk-show, sit-com,
          commercial, product endorsement, record deal, interview, or non-compensated "invitation."

What price range of talent do you want to consider?
This must be above our minimum requirement.
In other words, what is your comfortable budget or budget range to pay a SINGLE artist/group? Fees range from minimum of $25,000 to more than $1,000,000.
 
An entry of "$25,000 or less" is not sufficient for this form.
  A valid, accurate, dollar amount entry is required.

 
The following examples are NOT valid answers: "TBD", "n/a", "open", "negotiable", "to be discussed", "it depends", "unknown", "???", and other similar non-figure entries.

  1. Accuracy is important. An understanding of your talent fee budget allows us to provide faster service for you. Recommendations will be based on your indicated affordability. We cannot recommend or discuss artists whose fees are greater than what you indicate here.
      For example, if you enter $25,000, we will assume this is accurate and that your budget will not afford a $40,000 artist.
  2. If you are looking for a list of artists within a price range, indicate the range.
      For example, $75,000-100,000.
  3. If you are looking for a list of artists below $25,000, please do not use this form.
  4. This does NOT suggest that you can get a big name artist for as little as $25,000. Fees for a major name for a public concert can be as much as $500,000 or more.

MULTIPLE ARTISTS: If you are seeking multiple artists to appear at your event, indicate your total comfortable budget for all talent fees.
   For example, "$200,000 for four artists."
Indicate your approximate budget only for talent fees. You must have a separate budget to cover expenses/extra costs.

Prior to providing service, we do require information about your event using this simple on-line form.

In most cases, you will receive a quick telephone call or a response via e-mail. So, PLEASE make sure that your telephone number is direct to you (not voice mail) and that your e-mail address is accurate. Submit your inquiry and then, after a reasonable period of time, check your mail for a response.

How quickly can you expect a response? During regular business hours, typically within 30 minutes.

We do not take information over the telephone nor do we provide information over the telephone, until we have this requested information. Once e-mail communication is established, our telephone number is provided to you.

If your budget is less than the minimum amount that we require, we are unable provide any service or assistance.

We do not send unsolicited mail and do not send mass marketing e-mails. (We are very anti-spam.) We only ask for this information so that we can communicate with and serve you more efficiently.
