In Las Vegas Carl Strong has performed at the Sheraton Desert Inn, MGM Grand, Sands and Bally's. He has also appeared at Harvey's Resort at Lake Tahoe and The Resorts in Atlantic City.

He has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in show business including Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Dionne Warwick, The Guess Who, Smokey Robinson, Lou Rawls, Al Jarreau, Paul Anka, Anita Baker, and Maze.
