California, to the Hottest Clubs of Miami Beach, Jeremy Vargus and the sexy production
show The Illusion Corps have taken on numerous contracts, including
Discovery Cruise Lines, Premier Cruise Lines, Disney's The Big Red Boat, The Florida Fun
Train, Club U4ia, Club Electra, Club Salvation and the list goes on.
The Illusion Corps, a young, hot troupe, combines Euro-Club Fashions, live high-energy music, cutting-edge choreography, and a talented cast of singers, dancers and actors into a super high-tech magical production. Jeremy Vargus has been performing for more than 16 years and has focused his talents in the magical arts since the age of five. His formal training has consisted of vocal, dance and musical theater.
The Illusion Corps have finished their 1998-99 tour,
"The Edge of Imagination," a high-energy, musical, magical fantasy, for the 21st
century in a full, two-act stage production featuring live vocals by the talented cast.
"We wanted the audience to experience something totally unique, so awesome they would
feel as if they had left their reality and stepped into another dimension," says
Rebecca Galo, co-producer of The Illusion Corps.
Just to give an idea, their "Edge of Imagination" tour included a bizarre alien abduction in a magical dream, an indoor snow storm, a laser-light display, and as an extra bonus, the on-stage production of a Mustang convertible, not to mention the very sexy cast clad in vinyl. It was a journey into the creative mind. It began with a mysterious horned Enchantress who invites the audience into her world of imagination through her song of flight.
A cast and crew of 20-plus eagerly prepared and polished the final details, from costuming to the 1.5 million dollars of lighting, sound, effects rigging and Mega-Illusions that were showcased in "The Edge of Imagination." "Sometimes it's rough traveling. Doing night after night performances can really drain you. But, I love my job. After all, how many other people my age get to live out their dream on a daily basis," says Vargus.
