Sammy Davis Jr., and many, many more!
In addition to his singing impressions, he does a novelty comedy skit (with audience participation) called "The Hawaiian Cowboy," which defies description, except to say your audience will laugh out loud hysterically when they see this!
Wes does a lot of great voices – not the least of which is his own. Whether he is singing great Broadway music from "Phantom of Opera" or "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," or an original ballad, Wes Epae brings his distinctive, powerful voice to every song. Not only does he amazingly sound like these great performers, he actually takes on their looks and mannerisms as well.
A native New Zealander, Wes emigrated to Hawaii at the age of eleven. He toured the world with a show band called "The Maori Hi-Fives" and eventually became headliner of his own nightclub act.
Wes Epae has appeared all around the world on top cruise ships, such as the "Sun Princess" and "Dawn Princess" and in nightclubs and casinos, including Atlantic City and Las Vegas for more than 30 years.
