Icona Pop is a Swedish electropop duo consisting of Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo, known for their catchy tunes and energetic performances.

Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo met at a party in Stockholm, Sweden, in 2009. Both were pursuing careers in music but had not yet found significant success. They bonded over their shared love for music and decided to form a musical partnership.
